Welcome! This is the home page of Ms. Loar’s students and their writing. Thank you for taking the time to visit our site.
Our focus is to share our writing with each other and with friends and family, even people who may be on other parts of the globe!
You will find that the topics of the blogs are as diverse and interesting as the students. Sometimes, students write about books or articles they have read, some have written fictional stories, some students have researched a topic and then wrote about what they learned, and still other blog entries may be about their personal experiences.
Students also have a choice to keep their writing private or to keep certain entries private. The blogs that are marked “private” cannot be read by anyone but the student and the teacher.
Find a blog by looking to the list on the right, or scroll below. The students worked hard on each entry, often adding videos or pictures. When you read a student’s blog, please make a comment after reading it, such as sharing your thoughts about what the student wrote or asking a question. Then the student can answer you back, and other people who read that blog can join the conversation as well by adding their own comment!
